Documents you need
To receive a driving license, you need a copy of your passport, residence visa page, and recent eye test. Moreover, you need the original ID card of Emirates and its copy. And, you need two photographs and a NOC from the sponsor.
For license, you need to create a file with the interior ministry and submit all the documents there. Also, you will pay 300AED for file, 100 for medical, and 1500 AED for registration.
